[mtj-dev] Commit rights for Craig Setera have been expired

Gorkem Ercan has expired the commit rights for Craig Setera (csetera).  The
reason for this change is:

Removing the inactive committers in order to accommodate project lead
change.

To honor Craig's contributions to the project, Gorkem Ercan has nominated
Craig for Committer Emeritus status.
