MPC developers

Michael Istria has developed an interesting new use of MPC to helpdevelopers associate file extensions with install new plugins. You cansee the description in https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=480176

I am worried that the current implementation is not a proper usage ofMPC and will reflect badly on MPC. The current implementation brings thedeveloper immediately into an MPC search but provides no context on whythey are there. It seems to me a new wizard would solve this problem.

Thoughts/comments? I have cc Michael since I am not sure if you issubscribed to the MPC dev list.
