On the server side, varnish will create a cached version of the API call for about ~30 minutes.

How often is the featured list updated when a developer is using MPC?  If I restart MPC it doesn’t seem to give me a new featured list.  Even if I restart Eclipse, it still gives me the same featured list.  I seem to remember it being more dynamic in the past.  Has something changed recently?
