Re: [mpc-dev] fixes available for MPC service release

I have changed the MPC version number to 1.0.1 and updated the Helios
and Indigo contributions to the latest build. I have also tagged the
release versions in Hudson and Git.

The following P2 repositories can be used for testing:

 http://download.eclipse.org/mpc/helios/
 http://download.eclipse.org/mpc/indigo/
