RC1 includes the latest and greatest as of yesterday.  RC2 will contain a new build with more recent changes.

To see which builds are which you can take a look here: https://build.eclipse.org/hudson/job/epp-mpc-nightly/

Builds are labeled as "Helios RC1", "Helios RC2", etc.
