[mosquitto-dev] Mosquitto - Github changes.

Hello,

  In an effort to improve our security posture and allow for more 'self service'[1] for projects hosted on Github we'll be moving the Mosquitto repositories currently in the github/eclipse organisation to a new github/eclipse-mosquitto organisation on April 30, 2024.

Github provides redirects so the transition is fairly transparent, but committers should update their local copies and any build jobs to reflect the new remote once it's been moved.
