[mosquitto-dev] Two memory leaks in mosquitto

Hi Team!

   Sorry to bother, I found two memory leaks in mosquitto, and I described the details in issues 2992 and 2995. 

   However, it has been almost two months and I have not received a reply.

   I created a pull request https://github.com/eclipse/mosquitto/pull/3023 to fix these two leaks, 

   and this modification has been verified in my local working environment. 

   Could someone please help me confirm those issues and merge this pull request?
