[mosquitto-dev] Version 1.6.12 and 1.5.10 released

Dear all,

Mosquitto version 1.6.12 and 1.5.10 have been released. These both
address a very intermittent potential memory leak which is related to
a clean session=false client is publishing QoS 2 messages at a high
rate when message queuing limits are set low, amongst other factors.

All Mosquitto provided images are already available, with the
exception of the docker images which are waiting on the
official-images team.
