[mosquitto-dev] help get started on windows 10 after installation is ok

Hello,

I'm looking for the configuration file location and manual start in Windows 10

Previously on Ubuntu I used to set my configuration file in
/usr/local/etc/mosquitto/mosquitto.conf/conf.d/my_configuration.conf

and manually start mosquitto with :
mosquito -c path_my_configuration.conf

If there anyone to help me with this.
