[mosquitto-dev] Ballerina client for MQTT

Hi

Ballerina is a new Open Source programming language for building network distributed applications and cloud native applications (https://ballerina.io). 

I recently created a connector for MQT. If anyone is interested the code is here:

There is plenty more work to be done. If anyone needs any features, please raise an issue on Github (or a pull request!). Apologies for cross-posting....
