Re: [mosquitto-dev] Version 1.6 released

Updating pkgsrc, I find three issues:

1) The release notes talk about tests, but "more README.txt" (and trying to
do that expansively) does not explain how to run tests.  In particular,
after setting up with cmake, so that "gmake" builds, "gmake check",
following normal conventions, does not work.

The following issues have not yet been addressed:
2) https://github.com/eclipse/mosquitto/issues/1048  # ldconfig is invoked
3) https://github.com/eclipse/mosquitto/issues/1049  # cmake standard directories are not used
