[mosquitto-dev] Quick release

Hi all,

Despite the last release being still warm, there are a few things I'd
like to get sorted before the Debian and Ubuntu freezes, so I'm
intending making a quick release tomorrow. I hadn't intended being
quite so quick, but there is an openwrt related deadline even sooner
that I'd like to meet if possible. If it's not possible, then the
window opens up for a few more days.

So, if you have any burning issues (bugfixes, not feature changes) you
would like to see fixed please pipe up and we'll see what is possible.
