Hi Tanvi,

I could prepare Windows10 32bit environment and install mosquitto with
no problem.
Check follows:
- Did you use https://mosquitto.org/download/
mosquitto-1.4.14-install-win32.exe?
- Did you set install directory without spaces like "c¥mosquitto"?
- Did you install VC2015 rantime beforehand?
- Did you set libeay32.dll, ssleay32.dll, pthreadVC2.dll in your
mosquitto directory? (Not in the system directory)
- Did you get libeay32.dll, ssleay32.dll from Win32 OpenSSL v1.0.2L at
Lighthttps://slproweb.com/products/Win32OpenSSL.html ? (OpenSSL
v1.0.2L is not the newest.)
- Did you get pthreadVC2.dll of x86 version? (There is exactly same
name of x64 version!!)

All of list might not be needed.
