Hi,

Security technologies progress rapidly and there are many tools.
So I guess it is important that we first use them and clarify what
should be implemented in mosquitto.
For example, your third idea can by using iptables.
In my personal usage, every TLS features can realize by deploying
nginx + stream_ssl_module in front of mosquitto.
