Hi Jiji,

If you're running on Ubuntu 14.04 and using upstart to start
mosquitto, then you'll also need to configure the upstart script
/etc/init/mosquitto.conf with a line like

limit nofile 4096 4096

You're very unlikely to be able to get to a lakh of concurrent connections.
