Hello,

The mosquitto-1.4.10-install-win32.exe is crashing and the reason is due to
fault module "SSLEAY32.dll"

Please resolve it.

Thanks

Hi Mohd,

Which version of openssl do you have installed? Mosquitto 1.4.10 is
compiled against 1.0.2 so if you have 1.1.0 then it won't work.

You can get the installers at

http://slproweb.com/products/Win32OpenSSL.html

Regards,

Roger

Would it be possible for the mosquitto broker to automatically subscribe
clients to a topic on connection. This is to work with the Telit HE910
modules that expect this behavior.

Regards.

Connect and subscribe are two different messages in mqtt protocol. So, both
messages must be exchanged.

A wrapper can be developed to give an appearance of single message.

Or, implement a new message altogether- say, CONNSUB. :)

Pardon brevity, typos and grammar mistakes. Sent from phone.
