[mosquitto-dev] Mosquitto packages in OpenEmbedded

Hi,

there are recipes to build Mosquitto in OpenEmbedded build system available
for some time. I'm regularly updating the recipe in the meta-beeeon layer
(although I didn't upgrade it to 1.4.9 yet), so it is alive.

Maybe it worth to mention the availability in the 'Downloads' section.
