Hello,

What are you trying to archive?
There isn't any simple way to do exactly what you are asking.

You can see some information by subscribing to the topics:
$SYS/broker/connection/#

Or the log topics:
$SYS/broker/log/#

Or if you want a list of all topics with retained messages, you could 
subscribe to '#' and then throw away the body of the messages.
