Hi Ed and EMO,

I expect that having one public holiday on a tuesday in France + the summer vacations played against the participation. I for one missed the deadline and I know quite a few others at Obeo missed it too. Sorry about that.

I suggest we re-start the process and re-trigger an election from the start.
