[modeling-pmc] Committer Election for Qurat ul ain Ali on Eclipse Epsilon has started 
A committer election for Qurat ul ain Ali on project Eclipse Epsilon
(modeling.epsilon) was started by Dimitris Kolovos with this criteria:

Qurat ul ain is part of a team that has been working on adding static
analysis capabilities to Epsilon in a fork of the project on GitHub:
https://github.com/quratulain-york/epsilon. As this work matures, we would
like to move development to the Eclipse Git repository.
