[modeling-pmc] Approve restructuring review of VIATRA2 project

Dear PMC members,

we had some discussions about the future of the VIATRA2 project, motivated by the fact that we are working on a new generation transformation engine supporting EMF natively. Simply calling this VIATRA3 did not seem a good idea because it would be conflicting with the version number of the last version (3.3). Our conclusion was, we would like to rename our project as VIATRA (removing the number from the project name).

Thus we, with the help of Wayne Beaton, have initialized a restructuring review in https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/modeling.viatra2/reviews/rename-viatra2-viatra, that we would like you to approve. The process is tracked in https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=432542.
