I'll let the IP team decide that.

This is a bit of a corner case from the EDP POV. If TCS were active, then you'd
require a restructuring review. But since TCS is archived, I don't feel that a
review is necessary.

Is it reasonable to assume that this functionality falls within the scope of
ATL?
