[modeling-pmc] EMF Compare 2.1.0 Release

Hi,

The 2.0.0 release was a full overhaul of the project, but some of the 
extended functionality had been left behind. 2.1.0 comes to fill the 
feature gap between the 1.* and 2.* streams, most notably through the 
re-introduction of the supports for graphical comparison and matching of 
models without identifiers.
