Hi PMC,

CDO has a cool new back-end integration with Oracle DB. The Oracle JDBC driver is only needed to build/test this 
integration, it is *not* redistributed by us (in fact Oracle already provides it in the form of an OSGi bundle via a 
public p2 repo).
