Dear Modelling PMC,

After almost 6 years in incubation, we feel that time has come for Epsilon to graduate, and in order to schedule a combined graduation/release (1.0) review, the PMC's approval is needed. In preparation for this, we've put together a draft deck of slides according to [1]. Any feedback would be much appreciated.
