contributing to Sphinx since it has been spawned off from Artop. In the
recent weeks he has greatly helped to implement significant performance
improvements in the Sphinx Metamodel Management component. There are a
couple of related Sphinx bugs that Robert has reported and provided patches
for [1]. We would like to continue to benefit from Robert's in depth
Eclipse experience and automotive know how and therefore get him on board
as a full committer on Sphinx.
