Hi,
I found a solution to improve the delay between the contribution of Vincent and the commit into the SVN.
The document http://www.eclipse.org/legal/EclipseLegalProcessPoster.pdf say "Written 100% by employees of the same employer as the Submitting Committer: (a) under the supervision of the PMC; and (b) where the employer has signed a Member Committer Agreement"
The commit can be done by Partick Tessier who is committer on EMF Facet and an employee of the same company (CEA) than Vincent.
The CEA has signed a Member Committer Agreement. So, we just need the "supervision of the PMC".
Is the modeling PMC agree with this solution?

Guys,
If he's not a committer on the specific project where the code will be
committed, you still have to file a CQ for his contributions if it's
more than 250 lines of code. Such reviews are typically extremely fast
because they're effectively used only for records keeping of the full
pedigree of the code in the project...
