[modeling-pmc] [MDT-MoDisco] Nomination of a new project co-leader

Dear all,

Frederic Madiot has recently moved from Mia-Software to Obeo.

Due to its new position, even if staying a MoDisco committer, he will not continue to co-lead the project with me.

After discussions, Grégoire Dupé (already an active committer in the project) has been designated to be the new co-leader from Mia-Software side, instead of Frederic Madiot.
