Does this mean the plugin realizing the specification have two "about files"?
This seem redundant since the Third Party About embodies the Simple About.
Did I miss something ?

What do you mean by the MOF URL ?
I just know about the MOF as being a specification.
So is it ok if if put just the link to the spec and the one to the OMG site?
