[modeling-pmc] IMM component in MDT

I would like to announce PMC approval to create an ‘IMM’ component in the MDT sub-project. The proposal was posted to the community (see the newsgroup thread at http://www.eclipse.org/newsportal/article.php?id=125&group=eclipse.modeling.mdt#125) and a successful vote was held by the current MDT committers, the results of which can be seen on the mailing list thread at http://dev.eclipse.org/mhonarc/lists/mdt.dev/msg00150.html (4 for, 0 against).
