Hi,

The OCL component (currently the UML2
OCL sub-component under MDT) released its 1.0 version as a component of
the Eclipse Modeling Framework Technologies (EMFT) project, and in that
release included version 1.0 of the LALR Parser Generator (LPG) Java Runtime
library from SourceForge.net.

I hereby request the Modeling PMC's
permission to use the LPG Java Runtime version 1.1 in the MDT project 1.0.0
release (OCL component 1.1.0, if approvals are required to that level).

LPG 1.1 is

  - licensed under EPL 1.0
  - available for download at http://sourceforge.net/projects/lpg
  - previously approved for use
by GMF 2.0
  - to be be repackaged by the
Eclipse Orbit Project as an OSGi bundle
