[modeling-pmc] MDT Project Creation Review

Hi,

I would like to request a creation review
for the proposed Model Development Tools (MDT) project. Response to the
proposal thus far has been positive, including an offer for contribution
from another company. Given that this project is, to a large extent, a
reorganization of existing subprojects within the Modeling project, and
that (certain aspects of) planning for these projects as components of
MDT is contingent on the project's creation, anything you can do to expedite
the process would be greatly appreciated.
