Subject: [modeling-pmc] Adding Members to the PMC

I'd like to call for a vote to add 
Frederic Plante (fplante@xxxxxxxxxx) and Kenneth Hussey (khussey@xxxxxxxxxx) to 
the PMC.  Fred leads or helps lead a number of the components in EMFT and 
in the GMF runtime so has much knowledge and experience to bring to the table, 
as well as a proven set of contributions.  Similarly Kenn pretty much 
single handedly runs the UML2 project, is incredibly knowledgeable in this 
space, and has a long history of proven contributions to Eclipse. 

Obviously this gets two +1s from me.
