[mobile-iwg] Pulsar and bugzilla

I was reporting a problem related to Pulsar Mobile SDKs view today and it occurred to me that it is not really clear where to report problems related to Pulsar component.
Pulsar has a component under the Workgroup product. However I am not sure if that component is meant to be used for reporting technical stuff and also if it is monitored by someone?
So I decided to report it for Sequoyah since the Pulsar components are hosted by that project. The problem with reporting to Sequoyah is there is not a bugzilla component for Pulsar on Sequoyah project. Again it is not obvious for someone without and intimate knowledge of things mobile in Eclipse to report the bug to at least to approximately right component. Although I am sure that Sequoyah components are monitored by the committers I suspect that in this case it is not the right set of committers.
Am I missing something here or is it really a unclear how to report bugs for Pulsar components?
