Hi Ian,

Yes, we can add or remove metadata information for SDKs at any time we want, because the discovery.xml file is stored in Sequoyah's download area (http://download.eclipse.org/sequoyah/pulsar/discovery.xml).
Note that since this file is on Sequoyah's area, only Sequoyah's committers can edit it.
