I have confirmed the eRCP SDK is working
well with Pulsar RC4. I also added a "Getting Started" section
in the on-line help.

Can Nokia, Motorola and eRCP please confirm
they have tested the latest Pulsar package and ok it for release next week.
 It would be nice to have the confirmation by Friday of this week.
