Since a few days, I'm having CVS commit problems:

The server reported an error while performing the "cvs commit" command.
org.eclipse.m2m.atl.emftvm.tests: cvs [commit aborted]: could not open lock
file
`/cvsroot/modeling/org.eclipse.m2m/org.eclipse.m2m.atl/tests/org.eclipse.m2m.atl.emftvm.tests/src/org/eclipse/m2m/atl/emftvm/tests/fib/,FibonacciNaive.java,':
Permission denied

Is this a bug, or is CVS disabled for some reason? Which reminds me: is ATL
still scheduled for migration to GIT?
