Hi Michael

The QVTo Buckminster build now appears to generate a credible P2 repo, 
and all tests now pass, so promotion scripts can proceed.

You can find an N-build already promoted at 
http://www.eclipse.org/mmt/downloads/index.php?project=qvto. An I-build 
should appear when the promotion script runs at 00:30.

You can get the I-build now via 
https://hudson.eclipse.org/hudson/job/buckminster-mmt-qvto-3.3/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/MMT-QVTo.downloads/mmt-qvto-Update-I201208170640.zip.

It would be helpful if you can give it a try; there are no code fixes 
since Juno; the test fixes were all in the tests themselves.

The new repo has
- no site.xml - obsolete with P2
- no pack.gz sources, jar'd sources are enough
- no Javadoc, which will migrate to a WWW link
