I am not sure which kind of documentation you are looking for.

We’ve put API doc and other technical doc inside the release package (http://download.eclipse.org/mihini/org.eclipse.mihini-incubation-0.9.zip )

If this is what you are talking about, then you may be interested to know that:

-          we plan to update the project page with some new links, likely to a download page with both released and nightly packages and doc.

This is tracked with this bug https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=407890

-          The documentation is already generated nightly:

http://download.eclipse.org/mihini/api/lua/
http://download.eclipse.org/mihini/doc/
