I can't see how to access an Edit Product page, and I don't see a relevant permission in the Permissikons Preferences tab.

Sorry for the delayed response. I've added the requested milestones. The intention is for each (sub)project lead to have permission to edit Bugzilla settings for MDT, so I've granted you the rights to make similar changes in the future, should the need arise.
