[mdt.dev] Reminder: Ganymede SR1 RC1 week ends today!

This is the first RC week of the rampdown to Ganymede SR1, or SR1 RC1 week.

Just a reminder, you need to adhere to this release schedule [1], if you 
have updates to publish since your .0 build went live in June.

And, as in May-June, you need to ensure you're updating the wiki with 
your signoffs [2] so your downstream adopters know you're done/almost 
done. If you have no maintenance updates, please update the table with a 
link to your .0 release, so everyone knows not to expect updated zips/jars.
