Please ensure that you take the necessary steps to ensure that your components are 100% compliant with the Foundation's incubation rules, if applicable. Specifically, Lei and Michael, as component leads of EODM and UML2 Tools, respectively, should follow the guidance provided by Nick at https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=197820.
