As lead of the MDT project, I recommend that the following committers be
removed because they are considered inactive (see http://dash.eclipse.org/dash/commits/web-app/active-committers.cgi)
according to the Modeling Project committer policy (see http://wiki.eclipse.org/Modeling_Project_Committer_Policies):

EODM component 

Ma Li (mli)
Pan Yue (pyue)

OCL component

Chris McGee (cmcgee)
Vishwanath Ramaswamy (vramaswamy) 

Unless there is an objection, I will send an email to the EMO to process
this request in one week.
