[mdt.dev] Voting for new committers

Please, if you haven't already, reply
to the latest response on each thread to vote in the new (old) committers
for EODM and UML2 OCL. Although Foundation guidelines for required votes
in projects like MDT, which have (sub)components, are sparse, I believe
we need at least each component owner (as initial committers) to record
a vote (Ed and Michael, that includes you). ;)
