Dear all,

I'd like to nominate four new committers
for EODM: Yue Pan, Li Ma, Yang Yang, Lei Zhang
They were committers of EODM when it
was part of EMFT, and are responsible for the further development of corresponding
subcomponents of EODM. 

So, I'd like to
propose:
