[mdt-sbvr.dev] Framework for extenting SBVR to Describe Measurements

All,

I have revised my paper of the subject title. It can be found at
http://www.omgwiki.org/date-time/lib/exe/fetch.php?id=team%3Aother_reference
s&cache=cache&media=team:extending_sbvr_to_describe_measures.pdf

This revision is based on the International Vocabulary of Metrology (VIM),
and responds to questions and suggestions from Mark and Ed (thank you very
much!). I envision that this project could use the framework to link its
time and date schemas to SBVR. This framework is about how to organize
metrical schemas in a way that conforms to world standards for measurement
generally, including time; it does not include any particular scheme, but
can accommodate any. It captures the semantics of temporal expressions but
not their syntax, such as is described in ISO 8601. The SBVR vocabulary is
TBD, but the concepts are shown on the UML diagrams and described in the
text.

Your comments and suggestions are welcome.
