[mdt-papyrus.dev] Move EASE Scripting modules to Papyrus repos?

Hi Devs,

@EASE we have a few scripting modules for Papyrus and modeling. As I am
not very familiar with its functionality and purpose, I always have a
hard time each time the target platform and the dependencies change.

The original intent of the modules repository @ EASE was to be some
kind of incubator and move the modules to the according projects once
they get stable. I wonder if it is about time to move the modeling
modules [1], [2] to Papyrus.

What do you think?
