[mdt-papyrus.dev] Default settings in Papyrus

Dear all,

 

I would like to change the default settings of Papyrus for the diagrams rulers and grid:

-          Show Grid, Snap to Grid and Snap to Shapes set to true.

Is was the choice done for Papyrus-IM. On my side, I also work this way and I do think it enable to denote nice diagram quicker.
