Just one comment:

The website state Requires a 1.7 compatible JVM

I believe neon require Java 1.8 (announcement in the cross project mailing list [1])

It is available for Windows (32 and 64), Linux (32 and 64) and MacOS.

 

Don't hesitate to explore Papyrus' additional components through "Help"> "Install Papyrus Additional Components".
