[mdt-papyrus.dev] No intermediate pom for extraplugins

Dear all,

I would like to know if it is normal that we do not have intermediate pom for the extraplugins?

It will ease the management of extra plugins, moreover it seems that in the core papyrus we follow now the convention to have intermediate pom.
